Some Sobering Statistics About Employee Engagment in Your Pharmacy

As a pharmacy owner or manager, you can’t be everywhere at once and you can’t do everything on your own.  That’s why it’s important for your employees to be well trained, happy, and engaged.  If they are, you’ll be able to rely on them to provide excellent service to your pharmacy customers, but to perform their responsibilities with accuracy and integrity.   

But recent studies show that a great many employees are not engaged at work and aren’t at all excited about what they do. A Gallup Poll cited that over half of those surveyed were not engaged at work.
