Fall is here.  There are pumpkins on the front porch, a pleasant chill in the air and leaves on the ground.   Inside, the heating system has replaced the air conditioner and hearty stews are replacing watermelon slices and snowcones.  Oh, and there are runny noses, coughs and fevers galore because the arrival of Fall means that cold and flu season is officially here.
