Beginning in January 2025, the new FCC Consent to Contact rules took effect requiring businesses to have explicit consent for one-on-one contact between the business and the consumer. As part of Star-Plus Version 8.4.0, we have added a new Consent to Contact feature and Consent to Bill feature that meets the requirements of the new FCC rules.
