About Chelsea

I joined RMS in 2021, marking the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in my professional journey. After graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, my career initially took me in a few different directions—from marketing roles to working full-time in the legal field.

By 2020, I found myself in a paralegal position, successful but feeling unfulfilled, having strayed far from my marketing roots. It was clear to me that I needed to get back to what I was passionate about.

In early 2021, I made the move to a marketing role in the food and beverage industry, which, while brief, helped me solidify my path back into the marketing world. When I learned about the opportunity at RMS, I knew it was the right fit, and I haven’t looked back since.

Now, with four years at RMS, I’m thriving in a role that allows me to combine my love for marketing with the chance to collaborate with an amazing team. The work-life balance here has given me the freedom to work from home, travel, and spend more time with the people and things that matter most.

In April 2024, I married my husband, Tyler, and we continue to enjoy traveling together—both for work and fun. RMS has been a big part of that, giving me the opportunity to grow professionally while also enjoying a fulfilling personal life. I'm truly grateful for the journey that led me here, and excited for what’s to come.
