About Cassie
If you had asked me ten years ago where I’d be today, my answer would have looked nothing like my reality—and I’m so glad for that. Life has a way of surprising us! I never imagined myself as a Customer Success Manager with a background in pharmacy, but I absolutely love what I do. Helping people find solutions that make their lives easier, and their businesses thrive is what drives me every day.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to Raquel, my amazing 15-year-old daughter. She keeps me busy and brings so much joy to my life! Raquel plays flag football for her high school and gets to compete in incredible venues and events. In the off-season, we helped create and run a local recreational league where she plays, coaches younger kids, and even referees. I jump in wherever I’m needed—coaching, calling plays, working the check-in table—you name it! It’s been such a rewarding experience for both of us.
Looking ahead, one of my personal goals for the next five years is to visit as many beaches and waterfalls as possible. Our first adventure is planned for spring break: an oceanfront road trip down the West Coast through Oregon and California.
