The Refund Editor is a useful tool that may be used to keep track of refunds done in your store.
Information on when refunds were made, what customers requested them, and how much they were for can be easily captured, tracked and controlled. This can be extremely useful to managers in that it allows them to be notified when large amounts of refunds are performed, or certain customers refund items consistently.
