When you go to Product Reports and choose the Data Anomaly report, you will see the screen below where you can choose the problem you are researching. In my example, I am only looking for items where the retail is lower than cost.
When you click next, you will have the option to select the criteria for your report and then you will get a report that looks like the screenshot below. Notice the Retails look correct, but the Costs look wrong. This is an example of the cost representing the case cost and not the individual cost. Now you can fix these items in the Item Editor by updating the Case Cost and Case quantity fields, which will calculate the Regular Cost field for you.
