If you are using the Rental module for your DME rentals, you can now sell non-rental items as part of the rental transaction instead of having to do two separate transactions.
A good example of this is when renting oxygen tanks; you often also need to sell consumables like hoses. In the past, you had to sell the hose in a separate transaction from the rental. Beginning in our latest version, 8.5.0, you can sell the hose as part of the rental transaction.
