This feature is now available with Star-Plus V8.4.0.
We added an AI HelpBot in V8.4.0 to assist you using your POS system. Once you log in to Star-Plus, the HelpBot is in the lower left corner of your screen. Once you ask your question, the HelpBot will open a new window as shown below:
