At RMS, we believe this whole heartedly. Work/life balance is part of our culture, and it always has, since we started nearly 19 years ago. We allow our employees to take up to 6 week's vacation per year, paid time off for volunteerism, and try to avoid working our employees more than 40 hrs/week.
