In this 2-minute video, you will see how to link and unlink the Patient ID from your pharmacy management system with the corresponding customer record in the Star-Plus Customer Editor.
You will also see how to create a new customer in the Customer Editor while linking the patient record and importing the corresponding demographic information from the pharmacy management system, thus reducing the data entry requirements for your staff.
In some cases (pharmacy system dependent), demographic changes in the pharmacy system will update the customer record in the POS. In no case will changes in the POS sync to the pharmacy system.
