Our People

The people at RMS are one of our greatest assets. Some of the people you interact with on a regular basis are listed below with their own bios. Or search for another name you might be interested in!

Lori Rupe

I have been with RMS since almost the very beginning, and have enjoyed seeing and being a part of its growth.

I was born in Aberdeen, Washington, but moved to California with my family when I was 2-1/2. I graduated high school in San Pedro, California and have attended Northern Arizona University, Los Angeles Community College and South Puget Sound Community College.

I have spent 30+ years working in customer service/administrative positions across many different industries, including construction, insurance, banking, restaurants and more.

I moved back to the great Pacific Northwest in 1987, where I met and married my husband Curtis. Together we raised 4 children, and are now enjoying our grandchildren. As of April 2010, we now have seven (6 boys and 1 girl).

My husband and I enjoy traveling and it is our goal to visit each state. My dream destination outside the US is Italy and/or the Scandinavian countries since that is my heritage I also enjoy reading, movies, listening to classic rock and spending time with family and friends. My camera is my constant companion with waterfalls being one of my favorite subjects.

Chrystal Baker

I have been with RMS for almost 2 years.

I started working in admin when I was twelve years old. It was my grandfather, a professional writer and speaker, who taught me how to use a computer and answer the phone professionally when I worked with him as he prepared for speaking engagements.

I have an incredible husband of ten years, who makes me proud to be his wife every day, and three amazing boys. The oldest is all about gaming and acting, my middle child is the family athlete, and the youngest...he is the sum of all our energy combined!

As far as activities go, there isn't much I won't try once, and, yes, I have jumped from a perfectly good aircraft. It is my intent to stay fit by two-stepping my way into old age. I am just waiting for my little guy to move out so I can have my Fridays back!

Here at RMS I spend most of my time talking with you, but behind the scenes I am working with employees on HR issues, assisting with contracts and paying our bills. I have really enjoyed getting to know you all and learning more everyday about our system so I can help you with the little things that you run into.

LA Laurie

My name is Laurie (I'm knows as L.A. Laurie in the office) and I have been with RMS for the last 2 years.

I grew up on the awesome white sand beaches of Hawaii. Guess you could say I was definitely a beach bum. I had a pen pal when I was younger that asked me repeatedly what it was like living in a grass hut. Living in paradise can't be compared to anything else, it is beautiful.

I am very happily married to a wonderful man and have 2 awesome stepdaughters who are both in college. The best of all is my 4-year-old granddaughter. She is a hoot and very smart to boot.

I enjoy just about any type of craft with my favorites being sewing and crochet, but I don't knit because my knit 1's and pearl 2's get all mixed up! Most recently I have dipped into the art of stained glass and hope to become proficient at it soon.

I love reading, swimming, fishing, camping, hiking, horseback riding, geo caching and rafting. I have now delved into fly-fishing and am currently learning to tie flies. My husband and I are currently restoring an old 14' Crestliner that we hope to have in the water next year.

Rebecca Stang

My name is Rebecca and I am the newest addition to RMS. I have been with the company for 6 months.

I grew up in the small town of Rainier, Washington. I have always been very active in my community. After I married my wonderful husband Greg, we moved back to Rainier to raise our 2 children, Benjamin and Samantha, so they could experience the benefits of a small school and community.

I like basketball and football. I love to watch my son and his friends play ball. I am a book worm... my favorite thing to do is to sit on my porch swing with a good book, a cup of coffee and let's not forget my best friend - love of my life, always by my side - Smokey Bear my Pomeranian.

I look forward to talking with each of you and getting to know you. Give me a call, let's chat!
