Technical Support/Application Trainer (Olympia/Lacey)
Qualified candidates should have previous technical support and/or desktop support experience. A good understanding of PC hardware, Windows operating systems and basic networking is a must for this position. A strong technical aptitude and a desire to work in the technical industry is also a must. A willingness and capability for frequent travel is required. This is a full-time position with benefits. The schedule is primarily Monday - Friday but will occasionally require an afterhours, weekend call shift or weekend travel. Onsite customer visits will be required a minimum one week a month, with in-office technical support the remainder of the time.
